Quick oil change Called and scheduled oil change. Arrived a little early and was met by Deb Helms. Deb was very nice and down to earth. The waiting room is awesome a Called and scheduled oil change. Went over inspection with Deb and she pointed out a few items that would need attention in future. I came out to a washed clean truck which I was not expecting. pretty amazing I'm always impressed w/ this place. Their service dept. is freaking great! They even fixed a little problem I was having w/ my back window bracket tha I'm always impressed w/ this place. Their service dept. is freaking great! She had some helpful hints such as when to consider purchasing new tires and a new battery, but no pressure to make an immediate decision. She clearly explained all of the diagnostics and reviewed the service performed. I will ask for her again. Donald from the service bay was extremely helpful and friendly as well. More

The energy in the service area was upbeat and friendly , the technician listened to why I was there and was clear about what needed to be done. All -Please check service performed (or NOT!) Friday -3/13 - 10:20 AM - Took my 2011 Venza in for 50,000 service maintenance ---the night before I replaced my engine air cleaner and cabin filter ( Friday -3/13 - 10:20 AM - Took my 2011 Venza in for 50,000 service maintenance ---the night before I replaced my engine air cleaner and cabin filter (as wanted to save $$)....Service was completed - report returned with both checked yellow and response were they were dirty and needed to be blown out!!!!!!!! Inquiry with Service Manager who stated that they mark all filters yellow -----really!!!! Upon driving away I did check in my glove box and noted that nothing had moved --removal of glove box required to access cabin filter....Very dissatisfied with service as now what information on the report did thy actually perform.....paid $70.00 for what????. Fortunately they did not ask to replace filters as we would be in another area in dealing with dealership --- however please make sure service is done.....very poor as in large font on the service page of this dealership ---SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST. Will be reportin this complaint to Toyota..... More
Best Toyota Dealership I have been to a number of toyota dealerships over the past few years and this is the only one that I cam honestly say I would recommend to a friend. I have been to a number of toyota dealerships over the past few years and this is the only one that I cam honestly say I would recommend to a friend. Every other dealership has always made me feel insignificant in the decision making (as a woman, preferring to talk to my husband), but I have always been welcomed with friendly smiles here. The last time we were there my issue was dealt with free of charge and my 2 year old was given a donut. Lol Needless to say he likes going there too. Plus, we get tons of coupons via email that save us lots of money on routine maintenance. Thank you Olathe Toyota! More

I would recommend Olathe Toyota to anyone looking for the right dealership! Cost me a car!!! Absolutely horrible service work. I took my car in for some work, the water pump went out and I had I towed there. They replaced my water pump and sug Absolutely horrible service work. I took my car in for some work, the water pump went out and I had I towed there. They replaced my water pump and suggested I replace the cam seal, which I did. Something when terribly wrong with my car and the engine locked up. I received a phone call from Debbie saying I needed a new engine without them even looking at the car. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to another mechanic. He diagnosed the problem and determined it was a faulty cam seal replacement which they had replaced. I had it towed to Kenny Thomas again. They replaced the cam seal and got it driving again, it wasn't but two days when the engine started making loud thumping noises near the top of the engine. Their faulty work on the installment of the cam seal made oil leak out of my engine, made it lock up, and damaged the motor. I called them to discuss this and now they want me to pay to have a new engine put in it and will NOT own up to their mistake. I will NEVER buy a Toyota from them or take any car there to have work done on it. Absolute RIP OFF! They have cost me a car! More
