This dealership was an excellent choice for me to buy from for my very first car purchase. Kim Nigh and Brice were especially helpful in choosing a car. If it weren't for Brian I would have walked out on my second visit. Brian was always eager to help, answered all my questions, new what he was talking about and most important, WASN'T PUSHY! I went to test drive a used Toyota Camary, we already had a Sienna and also purchased the minivan from them 4 yrs ago. I was thinking practical and was going to settle for the Carmary. I had just got done testing a VW Jetta, and wanted to drive a car that was similar year and price, I did not care if it was the same model family. Luckily, they had a 2007 model priced within $50 of the Jetta. The salesman, Mike, asked what we were looking for and told him we were interested in a Camary. Asked if this was our first Toyota. 1st ding against him, he saw us driving a TOYOTA. He was standing 20 feet from the car. Mike then asked if we had looked at anything else, told him VW Jetta. 2nd ding against him, said "It's a no brainer, I was at the right place". Wow, I think he just called me stupid. He then asked what I wanted to accomplish, told him I wanted a car for the next 10 years, as I don't buy cars that often. 3rd ding against him, he said "The Jetta would never make it and the Toyota was far superior". I found it funny that he was bashing the car based upon VW issues between 2001 - 2005. Having purchased a Toyota here previously, I was hoping to get a salesman that would know the car in and out, as it was a Toyota. Again I was disappointed, just like the last time. They never seem to know the specifics of all the bells and whistles. They always rehash the "Lifetime Warrenty" and Toyota record, at least that is what I heard on my test drive. I am glad I past them up and went with the Jetta, the Jetta salesmen, knew what he was talking about and was honest about the issues with the 2001 - 2005 Jetta models and told us to steer clear of them. From the outset to purchase the new car, the folks at Olathe Toyota were wonderful. They were very fair in their offer on my trade as well as the price of the new car with never putting any pressure on Olathe Toyota were wonderful. They walked us through the new car and all its options, helped get the blue tooth set up and explained the possibility of addtional products for the car with out any pushiness or pressure to purchase them. Brian helped me get into a used toyota tundra. My goal was to get out of my current car and back into a truck. Over all Brian was successful in doing so. Also, it was nice getting some numbers up front and quickly, however once the buying process actually started, it was drawn out, over 4 hours the 1st day and 2nd day 2 hours. But overall I am happy with Olathe Toyota. More

Car buying experience was very easy and low pressure. I had a variety of questions regarding three separate vehicle models and my questions were answered in an up front and factual manner. When I needed information or wanted a test drive, someone was available to handle it and when I just wanted to look things over on my own I was left alone to sit in the vehicle and look things over and talk about them with my wife.
