My third vehicle from this dealer over the past 20 years and my second transaction with Mr. Tucker. I did my homework and went in with my purchase price in mind. I was able to work with Mr. Tucker to achiev and my second transaction with Mr. Tucker. I did my homework and went in with my purchase price in mind. I was able to work with Mr. Tucker to achieve that price. He was able to answer most of my questions and walked me to meet the service advisor who answered those questions that he could not. For those first time Toyota buyers you need to be aware of the Toyota Dealers Advertising fee or TDA. This is an added 1-2% fee that the online invoice prices don't add in. Overall, I am pleased with this experience and would recommend Olathe Toyota and Bob Tucker to both first time buyers and experienced buyers. More

Shawn explained every number and fee that added up to my final total. He explained that I would have 2 years of free service/maintenance, and that alone was a huge selling point. My xB came with low profile tires on TRD wheels. I was worried about their performance in the snow, Shawn checked the parts department and they still had the stock tires and wheels from my car. He figured those into the sale, making my deal even sweeter. I always suggest Shawn and Olathe Toyota every time I hear someone say that they are looking for a new car. I wouldn't trust any other dealership to handle my vehicle. Great job Shawn and keep up the good work! More
They are very rude and unprofessional. The manager Kenny was talking loud to my husband and I thinking he is superior. They have awful customer service. I went to get xzilon on my brand new 2012 Prius car and when I went to pick it up, they had fingerprints all over the car. The xzilon its supposed to be for cleaning purposes, but they did the opposite. Plus they put extra charge on the price of the car. They are really crooked. They treat people like they are doing free service for us when we are the ones paying their salaries. We are paying customers and deserve to be treat right. They cannot yell at people because they feel like it. They basically want to sell cars without even caring about the customer. I do not recommend this dealership to no one. More

When I was picking up my car, the check from my bank was sitting on their desk for two days until I brought a FedEx delivery receipt to them from my bank. Now I am waiting on a letter from them for the Proof of Vehicle purchase so that I can take it to DMV and register the car. It's been a week and half and no letter arrived yet although they told me it will take a week. I also placed an order for wheel locks on the day I picked up my car which is supposed to take a week. I called them up and they don't know what happened to the order. I worry about my future warranty and two year maintenance service they said they will provide to me. I have to start looking for other Toyota dealer where I can get those service from. I don't think I can/will trust their work on my car. Very very unresponsive and don't care dealer. Maybe they just want to take orders and sell cars. More
