This dealership was very helpful. Bob was more than nice and worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay a month for it. My third vehicle from this dealer over the past 20 years and my second transaction with Mr. Tucker. I did my homework and went in with my purchase price in mind. I was able to work with Mr. Tucker to achiev and my second transaction with Mr. Tucker. I did my homework and went in with my purchase price in mind. I was able to work with Mr. Tucker to achieve that price. He was able to answer most of my questions and walked me to meet the service advisor who answered those questions that he could not. For those first time Toyota buyers you need to be aware of the Toyota Dealers Advertising fee or TDA. This is an added 1-2% fee that the online invoice prices don't add in. Overall, I am pleased with this experience and would recommend Olathe Toyota and Bob Tucker to both first time buyers and experienced buyers. More
