I had the pleasure of meeting Yo in 2005 when I walked up to the door of the dealership, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a good since of humor. I have told several people about my experience with Yo and how curtious everyone is at Olathe Toyota, but to ask for Yo when they go to buy a vehicle, he will be honest and upfront with you. I have been buying my vehicles from their ever since that day. My husband has bought his trucks through Yo and my parents have bought their cars through Yo. Everyone that I have referred to Yo has been very happy with the way they are treated. Yo also calls us to make sure we are happy with our vehicles and he sends text to wish us happy holidays. After I bought my Highlander from him, I referred at least 5 other friends to him and he took great care of them just the same way he did for me. It's not easy to find a honest car salesperson who seems really enjoys what he does, very passionate about where he works, and treats every customer like his own friend.
