The service department treats me fairly; never tries to intimidate me into doing a service that is not needed; they explain what they are going to do without using industry jargon and they treat me with respect and never make me feel stupid. My new purchase was the best experience ever. My salesman, Johannes Alberty, was hands down the best salesman I've ever had. He explained absolutely every feature on the vehicle, again in terms I could understand. He never got frustrated with me when I had to ask for repeat explanations when I unsure on a certain feature. He did not use high tactic games to get me to buy from Toyota. He was respectful and courteous. He even called me the day after my purchase to see how things were going and to see if I had any questions. I was encouraged to call Johannes or one of their techinal experts if I should have any questions about using the features on my vehicle. We started shopping around Memorial Day weekend and were greeted by Michael Cobb who listened to our wants and needs very closely. We were given info on several vehicles in the showroom but declined test drives because we weren't ready to decide. We were impressed with the warranties, finance info, and incentives ( which were unheard of at other dealerships around town) We continued to look and shop for the next couple of weeks and came back to work with Michael who was very pleasant and accomodating. When he didn't know the answer to some of our questions he went to research the answer and came back to discuss it in detail. We never felt pressured- just informed. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and informative. We love our new Camry although there's a lot to learn with all the added features since our old car was 11 years old! More

Very, very positive experience. Very straight-forward negotiations, and prompt and fair. We actually went to the dealership to pick up my wife's Highlander after being serviced. We had been wanting to lo negotiations, and prompt and fair. We actually went to the dealership to pick up my wife's Highlander after being serviced. We had been wanting to look at the RAV4 for her so we took a quick test drive and she really liked it so we asked them to price one with our Highlander traded in. They did the math, evaluated our vehicle, and brought out an offer and we were just not very close, at which time we explained we just weren't really prepared to buy just yet so we prepared to leave. We weren't upset, and we weren't posturing to get a better deal, we just really weren't that ready to do a deal, which we told the salesman. He went and got the sales manager, Bo Thomas, and we explained that the deal just wasn't that close and we had some work to do before we would be ready to buy anyway, and we told them we would be back after doing our own math. The Sales Manager asked my plainly what the deal had to be, so I told them the absolute bottom line of what I would do and the dealership stepped up and got the deal done quickly, and clearly respected the fact that this is the 4th vehicle we have bought from them. That kind of respect for my business is why I won't go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone, and have referred 3 other people who have bought vehicles from them and all came away with the same experience as my own.
