My husband and I purchased a Toyota Venza at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota, this was the first new car we have purchased in years. I was actually dreading going to a dealership to look for a car but our experience at this dealership was nothing but a positive one. We were not high pressured by anyone to purchase a car. Our salesman, Johannes Alberty, answered all our questions about the Venza and let us take home some pamphets concerning the vehicle. About a week to a week and a half later we received a letter from Johannes asking us if we were still interested and if we were he would be happy to help us. We went back the next week and made our purchase. Before we left the dealership a gentleman came out and showed us how to operate a lot of the features on the dash, etc, which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this dealership and our salesman, Johannes Alberty, to others. More

I have purchased many cars from Olathe Toyota and from Shannon. I think two Highlanders (for my then spouse), two Prii (one for me, one for my spouse), a Prius C (my daughter), a used Camry (my oldest so Shannon. Shannon is superb and the ultimate no hassle, no haggle salesperson for me. She always directs us to the right type of vehicle, she works to get us the right price and the right trade (when we have one). She is the only car salesperson I will go to. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Joji. He was a very nice gentleman and a great listener. This is very important since I was potentially getting ready to purchase a vehicle. I probably came across a little aggressive at first. I did not want to spend a long time at the dealership since my credit was not where it needed to be. I eliminated small talk and told Joji the facts regarding credit, job history, what car I wanted, and the fact my time was valuable. He listened, and off he went. Within 30 minutes he had me approved! Initially, I received one interest rate and later that interest rate was literally slashed in half! Go Toyota! Did i mention my credit was not where it needed to be! Now that he had my attention, Joji was incredible to work with, very nice Christian man, family oriented and very hard working. The whole time he was dealing with the wife and I, I could tell he had a focus and that was to meet what I asked of him. Dealing with Toyota, Joji, and working with Bo in the finance department, the experience was simply unbelievable and truly a blessing. What could any consumer ask for? Oh I forgot, Robert Jackson was a great guy to deal with as well, very detail oriented. All I can say is, I hope Joji and the rest of the team are still there on my next purchase.
