I purchased my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta from Shannon Merkel today and I must say this car buying experience was the most comfortable and stress-free transaction ever! I have always been terrified every time I have bought a car in the past and have left the dealerships feeling like I've been tricked and bamboozled but not this time! Coming from a GM world--its going to be hard to get out of a Camry. Three Toyotas later---only one repair---EVER. (leaky water pump) The repair could have cost well over $400--but NOT 1 cent, thanks to the warranty. The Service Guys are great, the wireless in the customer waiting area is nice as well. More
