Easy and Stress Free This was the first new car I have ever purchased, and my sales person Brett Garcia couldn't have made my experience any more streamlined. I was in and out with a 2015 Toyota RAV4 within less than 2 hours from test drive to keys in my hand. Brett was extremely helpful and efficient and was very easy to work with compared to other dealers I've visited. I would highly recommend getting your next vehicle from Olathe Toyota and ask for Brett Garcia, the service and buying experience is first class. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Kenny is terrible. Took my car in a week after was purchased. Window wouldn't roll down and the engine was shaking. Claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. I asked them to send it to a Honda dealership, since the car was a Honda and they told me I was on my own. I got into an arguement with Kenny, the owner until he was read in the face yelling at me, a 25 year old woman. Left furious and my car ended up dying the next day on interstate 35 and I was stuck on the side of this busy interstate with my son in the car. Ended up having to get a new timing chain and a few other minor repairs leaving me with a hefty bill. On a brighter note the salesman I worked with was great. More
