I had leased a Toyota Prius C at Jim Norton Toyota in Oklahoma City and had a terrible high pressure experience with several dishonest salespeople who lied about most everything. Needless to say, I was a bit cautious and even considered not buying another Toyota. I selected Kendall based on his reviews on this website. Since I was terminating my lease early, there were some serious obstacles to getting the deal done. Kendall was calm and collected, provided all the information I asked for and was very easy to deal with. It looked as though the deal was not going to work financially and I was prepared to walk away. Kendall took that in stride, he did not up the pressure for me to make a deal I was not comfortable with. He told me to come back when I was ready and he would be happy to help me. As I was about to leave, the sales manager decided to review the numbers one more time. After a bit more back and forth, we were able to make a deal. Kendall guided me through financing and delivery and I went home in my new car. He also made sure that the return of my lease vehicle went smooth. I came back the next day to return my extra key and was warmly greeted by Kendall. We ended up chatting for about 45 minutes about a number of topics, we both love cars. Clearly he is a genuinely nice person who honestly tries to help his customers. I would recommend Kendall to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new Toyota. I have purchased about 20 new cars in my lifetime and I can tell you that there are a lot of crappy dishonest salespeople, so great to reward the good ones! He made a scary experience very comfortable and I never felt pressured. I bought a 2016 RAV4 Limited and I couldn't be more excited. Everyone was very friendly and felt like family. In addition, Andrew, the delivery coordinator was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle and taking time and attention that was needed to help me understand the technology.
