In both cases we really felt like the people at Olathe Toyota saw us as people with an automotive problem to be solved, not simply the next mark in the general ledger. Our salesman, Joji, was outstanding, and so was Bobby, the credit manager. We will seek out Joji at Olathe Toyota again when we're ready to replace our aging Highlander. If you've had bad, or even mediocre, experiences at other dealers, you owe it to yourself to visit this dealer. They will not steer you wrong! More

Knew what they were doing We went to three Toyota Dealerships for a price on ordering a new 2017 Highlander. Our situation was a little unique in that we were planning to be go We went to three Toyota Dealerships for a price on ordering a new 2017 Highlander. Our situation was a little unique in that we were planning to be gone on winter vacation and would not need the car during the months of Feb and Mar 2017. We wanted to get a firm price on the new car with our specifications and we wanted to get a firm price on an immediate trade-in. The other two dealerships did not give us a great deal of confidence that they knew how to purchase our RAV4 and apply the price as a down payment on a car to be delivered in the future. This dealership not only figured out a way (we had our title with us) but gave us virtually the same quotes as the other dealerships (after a little not too heavy negotiation). The sales manager also gave us confidence that he would go all out to get our car to us before we left on vacation. This was not a huge deal as it was going to sit in our garage while we were gone but still just got the whole thing over. We now do not have to think about something happening to our trade-in while we waited for the new car to show up. Josh Olvera was very knowledgeable as the salesman and worked with Kenny Glasco the sales manager to get the deal down without endless trips back and forth to "check with the manager" which is soooooo irritating. Now I can sleep sound knowing they are on the job working to get the car in a timely manner -- assuming Toyota can get the car assembled in Princeton IN and over to KS in a timely manner. More

The fuel pump was on backorder from Dodge and took one month to get. The whole time Kenny Thomas gave us a brand new Toyota van to drive. They kept in contact with us the entire time giving updates on the part status. They installed the part the next day after it was relieved. Great service by our hometown dealer. More

I went to three dealerships, two GMC and one Nissan, before speaking with Micah Kent. I wasted at least six hours of my life sitting in showrooms while the salesman and managers tried to wear me down on my trade and payment. At this point I was done. Except something said try one more time so I did and I ended up with Micah at Olathe Toyota. From the first email to the final handshake Micah and the staff blew me away. I emailed Micah specifically what I needed done in my deal and he and the staff did just that. I gave Micah 45 minutes to close the deal and he did it in 20 minutes. Outstanding. Micah and the guys there "Get It"... I can't say enough and will refer EVERYONE I know to this dealership. Thank you Micah and the boys for getting me into that sweet 4Runner... More
