Oil Change and Diagnostic I trust this place. I take a late model camry to this dealership for service and repairs. When I take it to other places for an oil change, I'm told I trust this place. I take a late model camry to this dealership for service and repairs. When I take it to other places for an oil change, I'm told about a long list of things that need fixing. Not so here. The last time I was concerned about a noise I was hearing when driving over bumpy roads and asked them to take a look. They explained what was causing it and what I could do if the noise bothered me, but explained that the car was fine and I did not need to perform the repair. They are also open Sat and Sundays, so makes it convenient to get in for oil changes. More

Amazing Service I live 2 hours away and just planned on stopping in to test drive while my mom was visiting. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle for a couple mor I live 2 hours away and just planned on stopping in to test drive while my mom was visiting. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle for a couple more months, so I only had intentions of "window shopping". I was so blown away by Leroy's commitment to service that I decided to buy the next day. He went above and beyond in getting me an amazing financing deal. I felt like his service was personal and not pushy. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle I chose (RAV 4) as well as the other models Toyota offers. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I would recommend both Kenny Thomas and Leroy Giles to anyone! More

That evening we were able to negotiate the majority of terms with the exception of the finance rate which Larry was to follow up on. Received a call at 11:00 AM on Sunday that Larry was able to get me closer to the desired interest rate. We verbally agreed to terms and I let him know I had to run by my bank to get a check. In the 30 minutes it took me to get the check, when I called Larry back he informed me someone else was looking at the truck, but would call me back once the other individual was done looking at it as he had little confidence in the buyers ability to purchase. An hour later he called me and told me it had been sold. So what we have here is a verbal agreement and then they went and sold the truck out from under me. Stay away... More
