This has always been our go to location for servicing of our Chrysler/Dodge vehicles in the past 10+ years and the service has been professional and customer service oriented - HOWEVER, this past service st our Chrysler/Dodge vehicles in the past 10+ years and the service has been professional and customer service oriented - HOWEVER, this past service stop was not at all customer service oriented and lacked communication. The lady at what I thought was the customer service desk was annoyed when I asked her a question upon arriving. Then after waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change, even though I was 4th in line, I asked if she could check on my vehicle and was told that I was welcome to go out to the service line and ask someone. Totally caught off guard I just stared at her and then she made a call. Amazingly my car was ready as soon as I inquired about it. There was no 10/20 point inspection like I was used to, and no discussion about anything regarding my Durango other than your car is ready and here is your invoice. So imagine my surprise when I received an today from Dodge Service Center stating "we'd like to follow up on the recommended service you declined" - no service or findings were given to me so I was again caught off guard about my vehicles service on that day. Two items are listed on this email and nothing was mentioned at the time of service. Unfortunately, I think I will have to take my vehicle somewhere else. I could not be more disappointed. More

My story, I went to another dealer to see if they could fix my cruise control. They said I need a new ABS control module. They couldn't get one from Chrysler, so id have to get one on my own. I got one, fix my cruise control. They said I need a new ABS control module. They couldn't get one from Chrysler, so id have to get one on my own. I got one, and installed it. It needed to be programmed. I couldn't find anyone with the software, because of the age of my truck 2004. I thought a dealer should have it, but didn't have confidence in the first dealer, so I called Olathe Dodge. I asked if they could program it. They said yes, it would cost ... I made an appointment. When I brought it in, I also asked if they could get me a fob. They took the truck in and it took them about 3 hours to figure out they couldn't program the abs module. They also couldn't program a new fob. Truck Too old. I drove over 50 miles to a reputable dealer because they said they could fix my truck. After 3 hours of waiting, they discovered they couldn't. And for my trouble they charged me over $200.00. The didn't have to diagnose anything, I knew what it needed. I'm confused what I paid for. If they just would spend the money to maintain the older software they could have fixed it. I've always been a fan of Dodge, but, to be honest, I'm really disappointed in the support I got. Not to worry, I couldn't afford a New vehicle, so not giving me good support is not going to cost you a sale. I just wish I'd known you didn't have the software so I wouldn't have had to drive over 50 miles to pay all that money and drive over 50 miles home. Next time just tell me, and I'll mail a check... At first, I was lied to. I was told my vehicle was fixed and ready only to find out after I picked it up, that it hadn't been worked on at all. I had to call the dealership multiple times over the course of 3 weeks to get answers and updates. The manager did make things right in the end (after we asked to actually speak with one) They put me in a rental and correctly fixed my car. More

They ordered a headlight assembly and a part for my exhaust and it has been almost 3 weeks and they still have yet to get the parts apparently. Each time I text or call its a different story.
