I bought my car from you and have had all maint. with you; but the last 3 times I've had my car in your shop the experience has been poor. Communication with the svc rep has been non-existent. I always have to initiate and I never get a response (I had to get a ride in to get updates/status). Texting can be a poor tool, especially when ignored on one side. Finally the last 'diagnosis' was struts, with a price est. of $2370. When checking online the average price to replace is less than $1000. I've lost all trust in ODCJ. When you lose that coupled with the lack of communication, I don't see myself coming back. More
