My wife took our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica to the Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM service center due to the Uconnect Theater and back seat displays not working and the head rest of one of the Stow N Go seats Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM service center due to the Uconnect Theater and back seat displays not working and the head rest of one of the Stow N Go seats not folding. We purchased the Pacifica from another dealer as used. She was told that the Pacifica was no longer covered by the 3 year/36,000 basic limited warranty. The original purchase date of the Pacifica was 2/5/2022 and it currently has approximately 33,400 miles on it so the basic limited warranty is still active. Our experience with service on other vehicles at the Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM service center has always been average at best. Denying an active warranty service claim is unacceptable. We will never use the Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM service center again. More
Frustrating. I had an 8am appointment. By 12:45 they hadn't even looked at it. Hours later I was told the tech didn't hear the sound when he drove it. Stan descri I had an 8am appointment. Stan provided an estimate for services needs in the car. We agreed on a maximum amount I was willing to spend on maintenance services. . Stan came Back and said they would discount the charges to bring the cost closer to what we had agreed upon. I then paid the Cashier only to find out the dealership charged 3% for using a credit card. As no time was this additional fee disclosed. I most likely won’t be back to this dealership for service. I feel totally taken advantage of. Also wasn’t provided with the list of additional services suggested. I had to talk to Stan and wrote them down myself. We own other cars and this information is always provided at every service appointment. More
Waited 2 hours for an oil change. The air filters weren't checked or replaced (they needed to be). When I got home I found that an engine part not reattached. It was sitting on the floor on the passenger side of my Jeep. I had to return and wait another hour for that to be done. I was told they are understaffed and there's new mechanics. I will not be coming back to this dealership. More
