Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

I've been in twice with a check engine light, each time they can't tell me what's wrong because the alert was 'stored' and in order to figure it out they have to charge me $140 to look under the hood inste they can't tell me what's wrong because the alert was 'stored' and in order to figure it out they have to charge me $140 to look under the hood instead of maybe just looking at the stored alerts first. Shawn's solution was to reset the check engine light and to drive back in when it came back on. And of course it came back on Sunday morning at 4 am before driving to work. Horrible solution and not costumer centered at all. More

Chris was great. I had an issue with them changing me full price when it was warranty work. But the person she was asking for help was more worried about playing games on her phone than helping her coworker with an issue. This dealership is great, but this cashier is always more worried about her phone than most of her tasks every time I am in. I am still waiting on my other part of my refund that they were supposed to mail me. More

U guys send that txt if u need anything, but when I texted no answer. U were wait 2 c if I wanted new tires, my oil change was 3 hrs. Noone contacted me to ask about tires. Terrible Made apt for service, they had car for 2 days and never touched it. Ongoing issues with service and parts dept. parts never had needed parts.
