Other than my first oil change after we bought the truck. At that service a tech lifted the truck on a lift and didn't have the arms set right. So all the weight went to the running boards. Awful service department management. Had an appointment scheduled for 8 am, work hadn't even started when I came up pick it up at 5pm.
