It sucked and it's always a terrible experience. Communication is always bad. When I make an appointment and provide information about what is wrong it is still as if I walked in off the street with Communication is always bad. They didn't fix the issue and I waited for someone to bring my Jeep around, waited for 30 minutes and then had to ask why no one brought my vehicle to me. I would say more than half the time that happens. I couldn't possibly hate this service department more than I do and if I didn't have an extended warranty I'd never set foot in there again. More

When my car was 'finished' the start/stop alert on my dash hadn't been cleared (came back in - Shawn didn't respond and someone else couldn't figure it out). The dash alert was the reason I did my oil change at the dealership (still there). My little glass turtle I got in Venice Beach that sits on the dashboard was damaged during the service; didn't see that til I got home. An apology would've been nice. More
