Joshua was having a 'bad day with no help' and it really showed in his attitude. My issue was not solved, just told 'it is confusing' and 'it's working like it should' even though my brother that was a Jeep showed in his attitude. Always courteous service. It took an extremely long time for an oil change, due to some difficultly from bolts being stripped at the previous visit. Needed a headlight changed and I was quoted $111. For a headlight. I've been coming to this shop since I got my charger brand new and this is the first time I have had a bad experience. Took our jeep into the dealer to have a steering stabilizer replaced, 2 days later I get a call confirming that but needed to order the parts. I call and text 2 days later to find out the timeline a stabilizer replaced, 2 days later I get a call confirming that but needed to order the parts. I call and text 2 days later to find out the timeline and get no response so I go to the dealer and they say it’s 45 days to get parts. I asked if they would use an aftermarket part and they say no so I ask to take our jeep somewhere else that would. They then charge me for a diagnostic check even though I told them the problem. More
