I was told to bring my car in for a recall. It has already been inspected, but the parts were not previously available. I dropped it off the night before. When I did and inquired about the recall work they said they didn't do anything because the car didn't need it- which was very frustrating and mixed information. I continue to get texts from Jeep to take my car in to address the recall. More
