The original reason I brought my truck in was never addressed appropriately and now I have to bring my truck back next week. The scheduling process was ridiculous. I was told I had recalls that needed fixed, but found out when I picked up my truck it didn't apply to my VIN. While your staff were very nice, they inconvenienced me and did not solve my problem. The service fixing the vehicle was quality however the dealership uses a text based communication system the is infuriating.
