Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

First off have been trying to call the service center for about three weeks now and all I get is a voicemail and then a text and the problems I am having can just be figured out if someone would answer. Two dropped my truck off at 11 and didn't hear back until around 5ish when you guys were about to close so then had to rush up there to get my truck before you guys closed to find out that all you did all day was look at my truck and not fix anything not even my back seatbelt that has been a safety issue with my kids because they can't tighten there seatbelt while back there. Then on top of that it was great everything was covered by my extended warranty that I paid extra for except for the rear window leak which is a very well known problem and has even been extended to a 150000 mile warranty. But somehow mine is going to cost 1300 dollars to replace when I have been trying to get this problem solved since January when I brought it in and you guys told me you could run the test because it was to cold outside I have videos of it leaking but they said they need a paper trial. Then on top of this with my extended warranty I don't get a rental car for the day while you guys fix problems on my truck that are warranty issues. More

Actually I was a bit upset! My seats had been significantly changed. My side mirrors were moved in. Cameron identified multiple recalls on my car that needed to be addressed, he proactively pointed that out and he asked the service department to order parts for a future visit. When I asked about pricing of the oil change, he indicated the base price. I asked if they had any coupons, and he said that they had a package of three oil changes that could be purchased for a much better price than the one off price I was intending to pay. Between the recall, and the three oil change package purchase, I felt like I left too much better shape than I anticipated. Cameron service was awesome, period. Very much appreciated. More
