Failed to execute a routine oil change, car had to be towed back, detailed to remove oil that sprayed all over engine and undercarriage. Oil change was repeated. Car was returned after two days. I had a recall, Shawn said that the parts have been ordered for the recall, technician said the recall doesnt apply to my van, mopar site says the recall is incomplete. Tony Acock who is the manager sa ordered for the recall, technician said the recall doesnt apply to my van, mopar site says the recall is incomplete. Tony Acock who is the manager says the recall is complete and no further action is needed. I dont know who to trust and its a safety recall. I have serious concerns about this dealership and my experience was pathetic More

Was grossly overcharged . It was rectified because my wife pushed the issue but was at first told that was the price and she needed to understand that labor was in addiction t It was rectified because my wife pushed the issue but was at first told that was the price and she needed to understand that labor was in addiction to the charge she was given before authorizing. Manager offered to wash vehicle. No one washed it even after overcharging almost $400. Wife had to push for that too. More
