Horrible. Never one follow-up call. I left several messages. Dropped off on a Friday 7am for a radiator repair, picked up the following Wednesday. I was told t Never one follow-up call. From that contact on Friday until I picked up my car, there was not one call to me on the status of the repair. I left no less than 5 messages during that time and never received one call back. I spoke to a customer service representative and was told service was really busy and that 'I' should call back around 4 pm. Finally spoke to a car salesman on Wednesday morning and he ran back to service to check status. He came back and said my car was ready! How long had it been done? Terrible customer service. I've never been told to 'call back' from any customer experience. More

Scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM to get an oil change. Showed up before the scheduled time and got checked in which went well. When paying for service on you vehicle they will charge you an additional 3% of the bill if you use a credit card.
