Generally, we have been satisfied with the service provided by this dealership. The service technicians are generally helpful. My Ram has been in the service center 3 time to look for an exhaust leak over the past 18 months. The problem was final diagnosed a few weeks ago however Ram won’t cover and neither will the extended warra an exhaust leak over the past 18 months. 2018 ram power wagon Got my third oil changed and tire rotation done at olathe dodge, I had a dispute about an additional service charge,and left a text message too explain that additional charges!
