I made an appointment online for an oil change and rotation along with.two warranty items to review. I was told that the warranty items could not be addressed because the vehicle could not be moved fr rotation along with.two warranty items to review. And I no was told the adviser who made my appointment had quit. More

Rainer was very rude, argumentative and disrespectful. When I walked out to my truck from the waiting room, I noticed my passenger window rolled down and when I got into my truck. I tried to roll up t When I walked out to my truck from the waiting room, I noticed my passenger window rolled down and when I got into my truck. I tried to roll up the passenger window from the driver's side and that's when I noticed that the button was broken. Per Lucas, the assistant manager, informed me that rolling down the passenger window is not something they do. However, I informed him of what I saw as well as sent a picture of what was broken. Lucas preceeded to dismiss the issue & told me that it was due to high mileage. I didn't have this issue prior to bringing my truck in for an oil change. I have never been so disrespected as a customer until I visited this location. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor by the name of "Tony Acock" but if course that never happened.
