He also took the liberty to replace the brake pads without asking because he said that it was within the price he quoted (our budget) when in reality this repair was not in our budget, He was not clear with my husband initially when he brought the car in. My husband misunderstood him to say that the repair could probably done by the end of the day and for $150. If I bring the van back for a repair, I do not want to deal with him. I would prefer a different manager. I did appreciate the shuttle ride to pick up the car. More
