I purchased my Jeep in 2017 from this dealership and have always had my Jeep serviced from this same dealership, with down’s of being unsatisfied with the service. A Grand Cherokee Overland, the price tag I paid, I didn't expect unsolvable issues with my start/stop service, intermittent wipers not working, yet was always asked for a 5 Star review. Moving forward, last Week I met Joshua when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. He brought up service recommendations that would benefit me having performed to keep my Jeep in top condition. It was only due to his politeness, patience with my questions, and knowledge that I was convinced to come back to Jeep vs seeking out another shop. I love my Jeep and hope to keep it on the road many years. Thank you Joshua for restoring my beliefs that this dealership can be my 5 Star provider !! More
