Joshua was friendly and professional. He went over all the work that would be done and showed me that my coolant was at the minimum level. He said all of my fluids would be topped off. A week later, my engine started to run on the hot side. I noticed that my coolant was not topped off, and neither were my other fluids. I wish I would have double-checked their work.
