Not planning on buying car, but did I had actually visited this dealership to drive a model of vehicle similar to the one I owned in order to see if it exhibited a "trait" my vehicle de I had actually visited this dealership to drive a model of vehicle similar to the one I owned in order to see if it exhibited a "trait" my vehicle demonstrated (one I wasn't overly fond of). The service center of this dealership bent over backwards to assist me and was kind enough to take me for a test drive in a similarly equipped model as the one I owned. After repeating the "trait," my vehicle exhibited, it became clear all similarly equipped models of this vehicle would exhibit the trait. As I was preparing to leave I asked a salesman for the price on the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle I had been taken for a test drive in (it was a sale vehicle and I wanted to compare my asking price for my vehicle (same make and model) I was trying to sell on my own). The salesman was very helpful and after discussing the vehicle I really wanted, the salesman got to work and the rest is history. I traded my vehicle on one I actually desired. The salesman was extremely helpful and he got me what I wanted on trade-in. I will definitely return to this dealership if I decide to once again trade-in my vehicle. More

#1 in Outstanding customer care and service Brought my van (warmachine) 2010 t &c, to be diagnosed. Found out that it would be better, if I was to get a newer version. I had a need for a van and Brought my van (warmachine) 2010 t &c, to be diagnosed. Found out that it would be better, if I was to get a newer version. I had a need for a van and they got me into one. After a few days I was no longer happy with the results of my purchase. Not only did they get me out of the van I was driving at the moment but they were able to work with me on a nicer newer version of my so beloved warmachine, with a 2016 t&c. I have never been so happy with a dealership and their staff. They went to bat for me and fought for me and my needs in a van. I will be coming back to Olathe Chrysler Dodge, Jeep for every car purchase I have in my family and in the future. Thanks to Brendan Moutray, Daniel Guebara and Cory Bunger they made a life time customer out of my experience.
