We were on our way to pickup a rental car from Budget car rental ; when our fuel pump went out. We tried & tried to contact Budget with no luck. Terry Googled Rental car companies . He called several numbers; finally reached a human. It was our group of angels @ Olathe Dodge Rental. Well it had been more than an hour since we broke down ; I thought great what now? Terry got a confused look on his face and said ok that would be AMAZING. They actually came and picked us up, we went back and signed the paperwork & sent us on our way It amazed us how over and beyond they went to help us. We did make it to St. Louis Mo to the 40th anniversary concert of Boston that Randy Raley gave us tickets to. I guess you can say it was More Than A Feeling; it really happened thanks to the group of Angels at Olathe Dodge. Thank you for your service. More

Finally the manager blames me and claims "the wiring from your GPS is the issue" . I have a suction mounted external Garmin which has nothing to do with it. He still insisted there were after market wires in there that caused the problem. He asked for $175 to remove "the wires" and fix it!! I refused. After reading up about it today, I opened up the dash. Wasn't able to find any wire that looked out of place or aftermarket. I did find the wire they had "fixed". It wasn't soldered together but instead was held on by half a twist. No wonder it would randomly stop working. Fixed it up and it works perfect! I also managed to put the panel back without a gap, something they said "Isn't possible once you open it up." What kind of a service department are you running when your tech can't even correctly twist two wires and solder it? And then you blame the customer and demand money? It took me a few minutes of research and half an hour. The "tech" couldn't fix it in three attempts. Save the effort. Go someplace else. More

I first checked with the Service Department to see if it was practical to squeeze just a few more miles out of the old ride. Mike, Jr., Andy, and Jerry were all courteous, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Well after the service consolation I decided I wanted a new Wrangler so Mike Sr. took over. What a pleasure it was to deal with him. He was incredibly knowledgable and answered all my questions. Then he asked me some questions of his own so he could help me pick the best possible vehicle with the best options within my price range. His guidance helped me choose the jeep that was exactly right for me. It was just a fantastic experience that made purchasing a vehicle fun again. More
Service has made me feel cheated. I took my Ram in to have them tell me why it dies when I power down at a stop sign. They couldn't even get it to die but suggested my battery needed replacing (200.00) really 200! and found a ton of other things they could charge me for but never fixed the real problem. 1800.00 later the truck still dies three or four times a day, the battery 2 months later still does not need replacing nor does all the other issues they suggested I needed done. The 1800 was for a simple front brake job that went horribly wrong somehow in their shop. No confidence in them to ever work on my truck again. Took it to SM Ford and they diagnosed the problem right away. Wish I had my 1800 back cause I feel like I got taken., More

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from the young man who checked me in and he also explained everything that was checked on my vehicle once service was completed. I want to know that my van is always well cared for and when I drove away from the dealership I knew, without a doubt, that my van had received the best service possible and the customer care I received was also the best! Thanks so much! Carolyn Elder More
