My perspective as a loyal customer Most visits are good. Last visit was unsatisfactory. Service manager “Mike” did not want to spend time to investigate. The replacement part is defecti Most visits are good. Last visit was unsatisfactory. Service manager “Mike” did not want to spend time to investigate. The replacement part is defective., My steering is subject to overcorrection while driving. Any change in surface causes the wheels to turn and the steering to correct makes me wander in the lane as if I have been drinking. If I take my eyes off the road I can wander into the next lane instantaneously. I have a steering stabilizer that I installed after having my steering gear box replaced that has reduced the wander to almost nothing. Without it my truck is almost dangerous to drive. From what I have read, ANY play in the steering gear will cause this to happen. I have some play in the steering and can hear and feel a slight amount of play in the steering wheel. Mike says it’s caused by my tires. The steering stabilizer corrects the issue. It’s not my tires. More

Added a hitch I have never met a more polite service dept. They knew why I was there without saying a word and knew who I was when I went back to pick it up. Recall Brought my Jeep in for a recalled part. I appreciated knowing this appointment was for an inspection to see if I needed the part rather than finding o Brought my Jeep in for a recalled part. I appreciated knowing this appointment was for an inspection to see if I needed the part rather than finding out when I got there that I’d need ANOTHER appointment to fix it. I was treated respectfully, although I do wish there was a little more privacy when the service men find you in the waiting room. I don’t know that I need to hear everyone else’s vehicular issues, especsilly if they’re coming to tell you about a huge problem and the financial questions/concerns that come with that sort of situation. Personally, I wouldn’t appreciate having to ask/answer questions and make those decisions in front of 5 strangers. Other than that suggestion it’s a professional establishment that has treated me very well. More
