Moving forward, last Week I met Joshua when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. He brought up service recommendations that would benefit me having performed to keep my Jeep in top condition. It was only due to his politeness, patience with my questions, and knowledge that I was convinced to come back to Jeep vs seeking out another shop.
