Did not have a very good experience with this trip to the service dept. to have brakes checked. I requested to see brakes when wheels were off. Stan took me back, mechanic showed me what was wrong with front service dept. to have brakes checked. I requested to see brakes when wheels were off. Stan took me back, mechanic showed me what was wrong with front brakes then said back breaks were good. stan heard his words. I okayed replacing the front brakes and also purchased four new tires. When that all was completed, the mechanics sent Stan back to me to tell me when he test drove the Jeep he heard noises and vehicle shuddered. Asked did I ever hear noises from the back brakes. I said no then asked do I want to replace the rear brakes. It made me suspicious they were just trying to add onto my bill. My husband worked for Chrysler for 36 years and I’ve always been a loyal customer. i’m a single senior citizen and thought they were trying to take advantage of me. I was very unhappy with the way it was handled. Stan was caught in the middle and I told him no do not replace the rear brakes. I have driven the car since I picked it up and I hear no noises on the back wheels. I was not very happy with this transaction. More
