Drop my car off for a 7:30 AM appointment on a Tuesday, received exactly one phone call from the dealer at 4:45 PM letting me know my car was not going to be ready. Discovered they did not even get it in to look at until 2 o’clock the following day,and still no communication from the dealership. I finally went back on Thursday afternoon and took the car back because they had not completed any work! More

They are ok. I purchased my Ram there. I have been taking my Truck there for service but am seriously considering going elsewhere. The service tech I checked I purchased my Ram there. Maybe he was having a bad day. Charging 3% service fee for credit card payments is an absolute joke. I’m sure the dealership factored in credit card fees they pay when the set their prices in the past. And now charging another 3% on top is flat out wrong and deceiving. There is no way they dropped their service fee prices be 3% before they implemented the fee. Just another grab for cash and trying to push the blame on to others. More

Issue resolved, I came in with an idea of the problem and solution, alerted the technician and I was correct. Unfortunately while at the shop the front windshield got scratched on the inside driver area abou solution, alerted the technician and I was correct. Waiting to hear back about a recall resolution and when I can get that issue addressed with my vehicle. If I had been responded to already the rating would be higher. No answer yet today 1/17/25 when question asked 1/8/25 in a text that said for future vehicle questions to ask that text message string. More

Service was good, with the exception of they didn’t catch the fact that the check engine light was on because of the thermostat.
