Excellent Customer Service I had an wonderful experience at the Service Department!! When I came in to have my windshield replaced I was greeted by Michael Croft. After talkin I had an wonderful experience at the Service Department!! When I came in to have my windshield replaced I was greeted by Michael Croft. After talking with him, I found out that I needed to be at another building AND that when I made the appointment online, it should have told me to call and make an appointment....and so on. Anyway, he helped me by going with me to the different departments, make sure that a part was available and lead me to the right repair garage. He was AMAZING!!! As he handed me over to Jake in the Collision Shop, everything continued to go great! I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful EVERYONE I came in contact with!!! You guys are amazing!!!! More

Not-so-small oil leak What I thought was a run of the mill oil leak was a major repair (oil filter adapter) covered by my power-train warranty. Was offered a rental/loaner What I thought was a run of the mill oil leak was a major repair (oil filter adapter) covered by my power-train warranty. Was offered a rental/loaner for overnight, and the problem was fixed. And thanks/kudos to Jacob for his help.
