Recent Service Appt. I brought my 2016 RAM 2500 in because I had received a number of recall notices. So, I called and scheduled it to be looked at yesterday. When I d I brought my 2016 RAM 2500 in because I had received a number of recall notices. So, I called and scheduled it to be looked at yesterday. When I dropped my truck off, I spoke with an advisor and told him on top of the recall notices, I would like the blower motor to be looked at as it makes a noise when you have the air on and ceases when you turn it off. Also, I pointed out my driver’s license light on the bumper was dangling lose and I would like it fixed if possible. He stated he would take care of it and took the keys and I left. Twice throughout the day I called to check on the status because if I wasn’t able to get the truck back I was going to rent a car. He assured me it would be done and on the second phone call he told me it was done and I could come pick it up. This was at 4:05 p.m. Upon arrival, I checked out at the counter and noticed there was no charge but the only work that was done was the recall work. When they brought the truck around, I went to the back and noticed the driver’s license light still dangling. I went back in and asked about the light and the blower motor. He said, “oh yeah, the light is missing a bracket and I looked it up, I think it’s like $40 dollars. Do you want me to order that in?”. Now, what I want to know, is why he never called and relayed this to me throughout the day? Also, why it was never mentioned and I was going to be allowed to just pick up my truck and drive it away without anyone saying anything? If I didn’t want it fixed, I would have never pointed it out! As for the blower motor, he said they looked at it and couldn’t get it to make the same noise. When if you sit in the truck I can point it out to you immediately! My biggest issue was there was no communication throughout the day and I was allowed to pick up the vehicle without an explanation of any of the work I asked about being done. Very poor customer service! More

Did NOT solve my problem on My 2018 Durango R/T Came in with my just turned a year old Dodge Durango with a BAD ODER coming out of my vents when the A/C or HEAT is on. The service rep had everything checked out and suggested that I GO purchase a can of disinfectant and take care of the issue myself!! I can't believe that my car is the only one with this issue and you would not have this product on Hand. I even purchased the extended warranty for 150,000 miles and this is the type of service I get! More
