Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

Poor customer service I took my car in n Saturday at 9 am and was told they would look at it that morning and call me to let me know what was wrong with it. I called them I took my car in n Saturday at 9 am and was told they would look at it that morning and call me to let me know what was wrong with it. I called them at 330 Saturday to be put on hold for 20 minutes. Then to be told they'd call me back within the hour. No call back. I called back at 5, was told someone would get back with me. 540 I got a call telling me what was wrong. My car was undrivable, but because they never called me to tell me what was wrong I was forced to leave it there and few options to figure out what to do without a car. Forward to Monday, I talked to the service dept they told me it would be ready by noon. I went to pick it up at 4 and they were still working on it. They had a power outage, which is beyond their control, but they should have called to let me know it wouldn't be ready til later. The customer service was very bad this time around. I put that yes, I would recommend them, but I would also say you would need to keep on them because they do not communicate as they say they will. Also it was sad to say that 70% of my bill was all service fee. That's just crazy. More

Painless My service at Olathe Jeep was quick and painless. I arrived during the day when there were no other cars in line. I was also reminded that it was time for some service on my jeep so I will be calling for an appointment to get that done. More

Worst Dealership Ever. Olathe Jeep offers the "Taillight Guarantee".. They only guarantee their vehicles until you pull off lot and they cant se your taillights. Excellent Service as always I needed a new Mirror for my Chrysler Town and Country Van and was told they no longer make those mirrors.
