Michael was FANTASTIC! Michael was awesome to deal with. Everyone dreads going to get service done, even more so at a dealership but he is always great. Recall While our new Grand Cherokee was being serviced, I contacted Jerry Peoples and asked if it would be possible to reprogram the cruise control and trans While our new Grand Cherokee was being serviced, I contacted Jerry Peoples and asked if it would be possible to reprogram the cruise control and transmission (that were on the recall list). He said "sure" and had the quick service group deliver the jeep to his service area and did the software update in about 30 mins. I was very pleased to be able to attain all the service work done in one trip! I have worked with Jerry before to repair several items on an older wrangler. He was very helpful and kept in touch via telephone with respect to the service needs and expected costs. The wrangler now works great! This is one of the reasons we returned to Olathe Jeep to trade our older Lincoln in for the 2018 Grand Cherokee. Service Sells! More
