Oil Change Issue Took our Chrysler 200 in for a check engine light and oil change. They fixed the check engine light issue by changing out the failed thermostat. The p Took our Chrysler 200 in for a check engine light and oil change. They fixed the check engine light issue by changing out the failed thermostat. The problem was with the oil change. Picked up the car and drove it a couple of miles back home and parked it in the driveway. Moved it across the street and found a big puddle of oil and a trail to where I parked it. Chrysler had to tow it back to the shop and found there was no oil in the engine. They replaced the oil and filter and haven't had any further problems with it leaking oil. I'm guessing the tech didn't tighten it completely and check for leaks before signing of on the work. Luckily we didn't drive it that weekend or it could have been an engine replacement.... More

I brought my pickup in for a recall, service manager Jared Drew said we had 8 oil changes on my Dodge pickup, Jared correct the problem and refund the money back on our debit card. More
