Quick! I came in to have some recall work done with my Jeep air bags. I brought my laptop and planned on camping out while they did it but they took care of I came in to have some recall work done with my Jeep air bags. Jared was very friendly and professional. As was Eiris when I stopped in to make my appointment. All in all- good experience. More

Very much appreciative. Got 2 flat tires on my way to work Thursday morning March 28, 2019. Got towed to Olathe Dodge to get my tires replaced. Was told 30 minutes after I got there that the tow hitch i hit did more than flatten my tires. It cracked my rims. The guys told me it was no way to fix a damaged rim like that. Gave me some options on what to do next. I spent all day there trying to figure out how to get new rims. I had no luck so the guys were nice enough to shuttle me home (25 minutes away from the dealership) to get my replaceable tires. I am so grateful and appreciative for you guys. Thank you. More

Brakes problem New vehicle Stopped in Friday the 22nd because of squeaking brakes. Was told by service adviser that it was a new recall regarding brakes and calipers. Made an appointment for Tuesday the 26th at 9am to have service done. Was told it would take less than an hour. Tuesday at 9am I arrived for service and was told the same story but this time have to wait for back ordered part. Waisted time to tell me something that had already been diagnosed 3 days earlier. Also told new parts won't be in until April 25th. How in the world are brakes for a brand new truck and a common wear item be on back order? It's embarrassing and very disappointing to have a new truck with less than 2500 miles squeak loud enough to be hear a block away every time you apply the brakes. Also that there no parts available to fix the problem for 30 days. Very frustrated and dissatisfied. More
