Michael “Rocky” is always so professional and really goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything is done right and that I’m happy with the service! We had some questions about the service I got when I purchased my vehicle at the other dealership and he actually took the time to call the other dealership to get some clarification on the issues just to make sure everything was ok. He’s always been great. Bernard (?) was awesome too. Very friendly and made me laugh at the end of a long work day! More

Clearer Expectations We were having our Jeep repaired under warranty and were given a loaner to help with travels due to the long repair time. We were asked to put a deposit down just in case of car theft...standard protocol. After more than a week we picked our Jeep back up and returned the loaner. The manager of the store said we would be charged $155 in cleaning fees because of the dog hair in the back. We were in no way warned that we could not continue our lives as normal and use this car just like we would use our car being worked on. Also, we were told the deposit would be used in case of theft. We were automatically charged without permission for the $155. Clearer expectations need to be set when handing out your loaner cars. We were told to fill up the tank and so we did. If we were told to keep the interior pristine or to clean it before we dropped it off we would have, but no such instructions were given. More

Best service center around I won't take my jeep anywhere else. The people here are always so nice and are great at what they do. This past weekend I needed an oil change and the I won't take my jeep anywhere else. The people here are always so nice and are great at what they do. This past weekend I needed an oil change and then the week after I had an appt to replace my air bag. They called and asked if I would like to get everything done in one visit. That was awesome! Saved me time which is money and they definitely didn't have to go out of their way to do that. More

Awesome I took my car in for a recall. I had been having problems with my check engine light on and it indicating the crank shaft censor was bad. They ran a d I took my car in for a recall. They replaced it and my car hasn't ran this good since I bought it. I have had trouble with it for 7 years, I think it may have been defective from day 1. So glad they fixed it. Thank you.
