Trans problem not corrected, again! Second time I brought my ram 1500 in for a hard downshifting issue, also requested a 4 wheel alignment. Trans still downshifts hard...no improvement, Second time I brought my ram 1500 in for a hard downshifting issue, also requested a 4 wheel alignment. Trans still downshifts hard...no improvement, and they couldn't do an alignment because my wheels were too big??? 33 inch tires! I've gotten 2 alignments with the wheels I have on from other shops! Didnt call me at all throughout the process, I had to call two times to figure out the status of my truck after they said they would call ME! Also the man I spoke to the second time I called in was pretty rude. Very unsatisfied customer here! More
