Great Customer Service I had an apt at 9 am. When I arrived they had several other customers at the same time. They got my vehicle right in, fixed the issue and back out in I had an apt at 9 am. No loaner, extended warranty plus didn't cover parts. Fuel pump and actuator went out on transit 350. Jake the service guy fought with warranty to get parts covered. Jake was very professional and prompt with relaying information. Not his fault mopar warranty doesn't cover the parts. No loaner vehicle was rather inconvent. I wouldn't have rode with the tow truck for that. Never received rental either. To much of a hassle to not be given a vehicle my pregnant wife and 2 kids could use. 14 passenger van broke down Monday. Had it trouble shot on Tuesday and would have had it back Wednesday if I had just bought the parts and paid for labor. But fighting with warranty cost two days of down time. Jake had the job done by 1130 am on Friday and told me it was ready for pick up by 1pm Friday. That's after ordering parts late Thursday. Jake was fantastic. Warranty and lack of loaner was not. Next time I will call all the local dealerships to see which one has loaners before towing to dealership. More

Diagnostic test I took my truck up to get an issue diagnosed the first time they could not figure out what it was. I started having more issues and took it up again I took my truck up to get an issue diagnosed the first time they could not figure out what it was. I started having more issues and took it up again they had my truck for 2 days and they knew what was wrong after the first day. Had to call up there 5 times on the second day just to get someone to tell me what was wrong with it and never got an answer. Ended up going up there and still had to wait 15 min just for them to get my info and tell me what was wrong they said it would cost 4100 to fix my truck and I found someone to do it for 1700. How is it that one shop costs over twice as much to fix something. It was beyond ridiculous. More
