Coolant leak / Radiator replaced Was able to get vehicle right in with a coolant leak. Kept vehicle overnight and replaced radiator. Husband noticed after getting it home that the service tech had failed to put the clamp back onto the hose going to the overflow tank (husband fixed it). When we picked up the vehicle, didn't feel real comfortable that the tech parked the vehicle, got out, handed me the key fob, said that he left it running with the air on, then walked away without even confirming that I was the owner of the vehicle. (Not sure of tech's name) More

Bait and switch Received a coupon in the mail from this dealership for a $19.95 oil change. Bring in coupon and am immediately told they will not honor coupon because they only use synthetic oil. Why not charge the difference in price of conventional vs synthetic oil? Nope, they just will not honor a coupon THEY mailed to me. Oil change cost $60, three times the price on the coupon that brought me into the dealership. Explained how misleading this is to 3 service men and no one was concerned about it. Instead of honoring the advertisement that was mailed to me, they lost a loyal customer. More

Recall service I brought my vehicle in to get the recalls fixed and for my van sliding door they said they could not fix my door because it only did the malfunction I brought my vehicle in to get the recalls fixed and for my van sliding door they said they could not fix my door because it only did the malfunction once when I drove off and got home the van door malfunctioned again so I recorded and brought my van back for them to tell me they have received multiple complaints and emails about this all they had to do was reprogram the doors. Why didn’t they do that in the first place ??? Also when I picked my van up the first time the had left grease feet print on my floor board so I had asked them to get it out Took multiple times for them to get it out. They sure know how to draw out a simple service recall for 5 days More
