DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE Rear view mirror fell off my dodge. Took it into the dealership, they charged $100 to fix it. It has fallen off 4 times since then, each time they p Rear view mirror fell off my dodge. Took it into the dealership, they charged $100 to fix it. It has fallen off 4 times since then, each time they put it back on no charge. This last time however, they said I needed a new WINDSHIELD because the mirror wont stay on?!! HA! Took it to safe lite auto, they attached my rear view mirror for NO CHARGE!!! What a rip off that I actually paid this dealership $100 to put it back on and they never could get it to stay on. Will NEVER bring my car back here again. More

Very Disappointed 1-they tried to charge me for their mistake 2-didn’t give me an oil change when I requested it. I bought my Jeep off the lot & have gotten all my ser 1-they tried to charge me for their mistake 2-didn’t give me an oil change when I requested it. I bought my Jeep off the lot & have gotten all my services done here. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life! They tried to take advantage of me thinking I was just a “dumb girl” & charge me for their mistake! I don’t even trust going there anymore, not even for oil changes. I should’ve bought the Subaru instead of my Jeep. More

Scummy Wasn’t called before my car was worked on. Was later told that he knew the software update was more than 90 percent chance the service wouldn’t fix th Wasn’t called before my car was worked on. Was later told that he knew the software update was more than 90 percent chance the service wouldn’t fix the problem. Also called after said service to tel me that my engine light was still on and the problem wasn’t fixed and that I would need nearly a $500 repair. I declined said repair. Later that day I came to the dealership to pick my car up and service man let slip that my engine light is actually off and problem might be fixed. meaning he lied that the software update didn’t work and was trying to up-charge my on an expensive repair I didn’t need. More
