I have been a customer for years. I have purchased several cars. Recently I purchased an oil change package for my Grand Cherokee SRT. Well, soon after my car was stolen and I bought a BMW. Dodge doesn't service BMWs and they won't give my money back for the portion I wasn't able to use. Extremely disappointed and will actively steer people away from this dealership!! More
