Low communication and confusion I used the online to schedule the service. It allowed for 7/4. I went to the store and it was closed for the 4th holiday. I called on the 5th and they I used the online to schedule the service. It allowed for 7/4. I went to the store and it was closed for the 4th holiday. I called on the 5th and they said bring it in. I checked it in and the person asked if I was staying or leaving the truck. I said leaving and he said he would give me a call once done. He expected it to be later in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. Midday on the 6th I called. It took a couple calls to know if the truck was done. I finally went and waited on the truck to be finished mid afternoon. Once I receive my bill they forgot to quote replacement of my windshield. They also added a misc charge not connected to my repair and explained it as a manufacturer charge based on labor sales on the ticket. So what was supposed to be a 14k service job was spread over two days and cost me >$400. I paid for maintenance at the purchase of the vehicle. They neglected to tell me that only includes oil/filters and not the full vehicle. Not how it was sold by the salesman and closing agent. I also asked for a quote on replacing my windshield, but never received it on the paperwork. I went back to the service writer and asked for it. He said he would work me up a quote but I never received it as well. More

Amazing Customer Service My wife and I were driving through Kansas City in our 2011 Jeep Rubicon. It had been pouring down rain all day. The wipers had stopped working and My wife and I were driving through Kansas City in our 2011 Jeep Rubicon. It had been pouring down rain all day. The wipers had stopped working and luckily there was a break in the rain. All I could get out of them was a hum. Miles from home and 3 pm in the afternoon I figured that this was going to cause a day or two delay in our trip. My wife searched on her phone and found this dealer 15 minutes down the road. We rolled in uncertain at what to expect. They closed in about 3 hours. The service tech told us to bring it on in. With in 2 hours we were back on the road with a new wiper motor and wipers running like a fine watch. This dealership went above and beyond. Simply amazing!!! More

Excellent customer service at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM I brought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in to have the speedometer recalibrated and to have my alignment checked due to adding a lift kit, larger tires and wh I brought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in to have the speedometer recalibrated and to have my alignment checked due to adding a lift kit, larger tires and wheels. I met the service manager Mike Moutray and had a very nice conversation about what is covered by warranty and what is not when aftermarket parts are added to your vehicle. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions without giving me the runaround. My service advisor was Jacob Todd and he did an excellent job of ensuring my vehicle was taken care of properly and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again for any service work needed in the future. More

Top rate service I called late on a Tuesday afternoon and made my appointment for noon the next day after getting a check engine light on my 2015 jeep. I YouTubed the error code that my ODB scan tool said. Well I took it in and Jarred took my data and said he'd take care of me. No later than 1.5 hours later he called me with a fix and said that it was ready to go. I thought I was going to be out of a vehicle for at a day or two but I was wrong. I used to be the guy that didn't trust big dealership service departments but not anymore. Thank you Olathe jeep and thank Jarred for being a good guy. More

Fast and friendly service, even at the end of the day I arrived shortly before closing time but the staff was still very friendly and willing to work with me to get the required work completed (a simple o I arrived shortly before closing time but the staff was still very friendly and willing to work with me to get the required work completed (a simple oil change).
