Use for warranty service only. Olathe Chrysler has always treated us right. I use them for warranty work but won't use them for non covered parts. The other week I took my 2008 T&C in and was told it would be nearly $700 for an EGR valve. Not covered under my bumper to bumper lifetime warranty. Surprise surprise. They wanted $254 for the part which I got at O'Reily's for $152. So they were gonna charge upwards of $500 labor to do a job I did in my driveway in under 45 minutes. Remove and replace 4 easy to access bolts. More

Once shame on you twice shame on me three times ? The first time I had my Ran serviced the trans plug was left out ok things happen the second time was for an AC concern that then involved the R&R of The first time I had my Ran serviced the trans plug was left out ok things happen the second time was for an AC concern that then involved the R&R of the compressor upon driving hear a rattle upon opening the hood the balance cover wasn’t attached and the charge port covers were missing .... what the heck but ok I out new ones on and attached the balance. The latest experience involved an LOF and when I went to pick it up the seat belt had been lowered and the trim piece was in the center console. I had the SA come out and reattach as I drove it the AC was off auto and turned up full blast not good customer service. Then as I drove it a terrible rattle and the run I g board bolts are stripped. As I have 39 years experience in the field and currently work as a claims adjuster I know the lift caught the board and pulled the bolts through. This is completely unacceptable and I do not feel I will be returning there are a couple of other situations but I do not feel there is space or time. Consumer beware. More

Didn’t Do the Service I Took It In For I took my car in to have an oil change in the brakes looked at and I was called and told the car was ready. I get there and was told by the cashier t I took my car in to have an oil change in the brakes looked at and I was called and told the car was ready. I get there and was told by the cashier that my oil change wasn’t even done. I ask why and I am told that she didn’t know and that she would let my service advisor know. Well, still haven’t heard from my service advisor. Not sure how else to get work done. I was told that I have to schedule another service appointment to get the oil changed. I get out to the car and noticed that it has an oil change sticker in the window, indicating that the oil change might have been done. Who knows? There’s just no way to tell. Ridiculous! More

This is now TWICE that this has happened. Jacob and Olathe dodge also failed to mention to me before I shelled out 100.00 that the part I got replaced was actually a RECALL! I will be notifying Jeep/Fiat of this. Found our due to the oil change guy (Mitch) scanning my car and seeing that come up. Fan assembly. A bushing issue. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership. From now on, my business is going to go to a different dodge dealership. My car never runs the same coming from you guys. There’s always some excuse. And I’ve had nothing but great experiences from Overland Park when my old Jeep was involved in an accident so severe that it needed frame work. You couldn’t even tell. I wouldn’t trust that work in Olathe Dodges hands. Over my dead body. Especially not with a baby on the way. You want to wheel and deal people out of the door. You don’t care how much money that customer has spent on that vehicle. As a high level manager in the customer service industry, this isn’t how to handle customer service. This is just plain lack of respect. I will not send anyone your way. I will steer them far away. Awful dealership. More
