I expected more I arrived at my 7am appointment and my vehicle which only needed an oil change and tire pressure sensor. It was not completed until 4pm. Service department I like the idea of an express lane because it implies faster service and no appointments. However, I was told on the phone about 45 minutes for an oil change, that ended up taking Almost an hour and a half (double time). The service rep did tell me when I checked in that it would be that long and that I was welcome to stay or come back another day. I had already left work early that day to be there before 5 to have an oil change. This is my first Jeep vehicle and my first time at this dealership or any Jeep dealership. So the visit was fine, the staff was fine but I was not expecting to get home at 7 ty night. More

Bad service I brought my Caravan in for service. The service advisor called and told me the work would cost $1300 because my warranty ran out last month. He char I brought my Caravan in for service. The service advisor called and told me the work would cost $1300 because my warranty ran out last month. He charged me $160 for troubleshooting. I took my vehicle to a different dealer. The service advisor there told me I had a 5 year/75000 mile warranty and the work would be just a $100 deductible plus he gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked up my van at the first dealer the service advisor wouldn’t even talk to me. I will never use Olathe Dodge for service or to purchase another vehicle. I’ll also share my experience with friends. Reed Dodge in Overland Park did my work and the advisor there was Frank. Very friendly and helpful. More
