My service center time Came in with engine power off issues. Had appointment at 1030. They said from start they were a little behind but my truck would get in soon. Asked a few detail questions about recreating issue. Got a call after a few hours detailing what they researched and fixed. This fix is a UConnect fix and they detailed the steps to get the update. Very professional service. More
Poor customer service, Damaged my car, issues ongoing Do not take your car to their service department!!! Took my car to the dealership several times for a warning light for the front collision warning. T Do not take your car to their service department!!! Took my car to the dealership several times for a warning light for the front collision warning. The first time they had it there for 3 days and when I picked it up the same warning light came on. I called as soon as I picked it up and the service advisor asked me to take it back in. Took it back a second time and they had my car for 8 days! They did not update me on what was going on until day 7 when they called to tell me my car was damaged and that was the cause FCW warning light. I explained to them that they had the car the week before and it had no damage, that I had looked at the car the week before trying to clean the sensor for the warning light and it was not damaged, that the service tech never mentioned any damage. I let them know that every time I called to get an update they told me they were looking into what was triggereing the warning light and dint bring up any damage until day 7! Tech said they would review cameras and would get back to me. I picked up my car Saturday and called on Monday morning and spoke with manager Mike who immediately said that car was damaged and that they will not be responsible for it. I asked him if they reviewed the 7 days of footage and he said that the cameras would not catch anything. Apparently didn't even bother to look at the footage. I asked him why his techs would not mention the damage the first time I took it in with the warning light and he said that the first time it was just turned off. I explained to him that the warning light has nothing to do with the system being turned off and that asked why the technician would not tell me that the damage was the reason for the malfunction? He said the tech knew all along, that his service advisor knew that was the reason as well. Why would they not tell me this the 1st time I took it in and wait until day 7 to tell me that was the issue? Why would you not even bother looking at the footage? Do not trust these guys with your car. Had my car for 8 days with no good reason and now they do not want to assist me look into why my car is damaged after leaving their shop. More
Good Job I was in for a recall. Service advisor said no appointment was needed. I was out on less than 1 hour. Very courteous personnel especially Harley Spark I was in for a recall. I can trust the work will be done and done right.
