Maybe if I was a man it would have been better Brought car in for multiple issues. One being emission code which was diagnosed at auto zone. Fixed multiple things which was covered under my warrant Brought car in for multiple issues. One being emission code which was diagnosed at auto zone. Took car back was charged again for same emission code but told I never brought it in the first time for this code. I did. I knew the exact code. And maybe they found other codes as well and fix these and didn’t get this one fixed which no big deal just fix it. But I should be charged twice for same code within a five day period. Paid again. Will not return to service or purchase a vehicle. Jared proceed to argue me. He was rude and Very disrespectful. I was so embarrassed. Maybe if I was a man it would have gone differently. More

Idiot Light So I had an overhead light that would not shut off. I figured a fuse or something. Poor communication, service, and solving my problem. the workers were pushy and rushing to get you out of the door as soon as you walked in. They almost left me stranded without a car overnight because they forgot to call me and tell me they needed to keep my car overnight after just telling me that it would only take a few hours to look over my car. They gave me a rental last second (slow clap...thanks, you did something right).. and had me pick my car up around closing time the next day. The noise in my rear end is still there (though not as bad as it was..another slow clap..you tried) and they did not explain to me what the problem was or how they “fixed it”. More

I drove my car to Colorado this Summer without the start/stop battery, and put about 15k miles on it with no issues. When I first got to the service center I was told I didn’t need to replace it. But before I left I absolutely “needed” the battery or I was told I would have to tow it home. Your service team has serviced these vehicles for almost 3 years now since when they first came out, and it’s amazing that you found out only the day I was in your service center that it “needed” both batteries to function. It was like a revelation had been had with your mechanics because they’d never known before. The overall buying experience was great with you guys, but I will never buy a Chrysler again, or recommend anyone to do so with the poor design and battery life. It’s a money guzzler, and I have heard this from previous owners of this vehicle as well. I’m already car shopping to trade it in somewhere, and I’ve not even had the vehicle a year. More

Oil change and warranty recall. 1 1/2 hours, as expected. It was very busy. Chance was very polite and courteous as always.
