Good oil change & warranty work Rotated tires and changed oil. Forgot to put valve stem covers back on. Tire sensor was on. The dealership was able to get the sensor off and fill the tire.I was in and out and made to my morning meeting at the hospital on time. 09 Grand Caravan Had the O2 sensor replaced as well as coolant lines in front and rear replaced, thermostat & modular updated. Finished when they said they would be. Service department I was greeted when I got there he was extremely polite and helpful listening to my concerns as to why I brought my Chrysler 300 in. Then They let me know how things are going after they started working on the car they were extremely polite and made me feel safe and comfortable leaving my car with them. After the service was complete the gentleman then walked me to my car and thanked me for the service and again confirmed that I had made the right decision by bringing my car to this dealership More

Slow Service Checked my truck in for emergency brake repair, oil change and evaluation of remote start at 0915. Service rep said it would be 90 minutes. Over 2 hou Checked my truck in for emergency brake repair, oil change and evaluation of remote start at 0915. Service rep said it would be 90 minutes. Over 2 hours later I asked what the status was, the young woman behind the counter was curt and borderline rude, 10 minutes later she told me someone would be out to talk to me. Service guy said they couldn't do anything about the remote because it wasn't factory, (I was unaware of this as my factory fob starts it) brake repair was finishing up and oil still needed changed. It would be 'a few more minutes'. I left the dealership at 1230pm. That's 3 hours! When I was told half that. I realized a couple things during this visit: 1. 75% of your employees that I had contact with were rude, acted as though they could have cared less about any service provided to the customer. 2. I'm not sure what your service department was able or unable to do to my remote start, but, it now works using the factory fob that your guy said never could have worked, and, insinuated I didn't know what I was talking about. 3. I have choices on where I can have my vehicles serviced and after this experience I should look into them. More
